Sprint 1 - End of the sprint


Hello everyone,

Its time for the weekly breakdown of what has been going down this week:

WHATS NEW:

- Boss and main characters are in

TECH

On the programming side, time was spent around making look closer to what it is supposed to be. One of the biggest task started was to implement and try out attack sequences for the boss character. We needed to dig in a little bit more to see what would work or what would be interesting for the game. We wouldn't want it to get out of hand....

The play area being curved and the player movements being based on the curvature too it was necessary to calculate item trajectories around that logic, which made a task more intricate. 

On another note, a first draft on the HUD as been integrated to the project with a few first visual feedback such as timer and health display.

Seeing what we accomplished during this first sprint programming wise, we don't doubt the incomming sprint will be as, if not more, challenging.
